I find it a well-equipped place to stay. Its location is decent, close to Kukulkan. The staff is flexible, excellent. All in all they offer exceptional service;)))

Fairly nice stay, as always. Unique and clean property, special atmosphere. Big, amazing unit with twin beds, and kind staff. Marvellous, decent location easy to get taxis everywhere else. Also - so close to downtown Cancun or the main tourist area, restaurants and souvenir stores and taxi services and the beach. Excellent and brilliant food for breakfast...

it is an exceptionally comfortable and quiet property located in downtown cancun district close enough to the beach, park, shopping centre and airport within 20min, downtown cancun or the main tourist area and supermarket.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and they come with an outdoor jacuzzi - the staff are friendly and responsive.

Extremely spacious and very pretty rooms with comfortable beds, and great pool.

The food at Hotel Blue Star Cancun was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Our room was spacious and had a large bathroom. the hotel's location was ideal, close to downtown, restaurants, souvenir shops, and near the well-known Tacos Rigo roundabout, making it easy for bus and taxi drivers to find.
